摘要 从运动控制和视觉系统相结合的角度,设计开发单焦点镜片类型的分选设备。采用基恩士PLC作为控制核心,通过相机视觉系统的辅助,从焦度计和厚度计的测量结果中对镜片的厚度、度数、散光等相关参数进行分类。最终实现对单焦点镜片进行自动上料、类型分选、参数打印、产品包装的目的。设备独特的自动调焦功能可实现单焦点镜片参数的精准测量,以满足对测量精度有一定要求的厂商,从而分选出更高品质的产品来供给高端市场。 From the perspective of motion control and vision system,the sorting equipment of single focus lens type was designed anddeveloped.Using Keynes PLC as the control core,the lens thickness,degree,astigmatism and other related parameters were classified from themeasurement results of the focal length meter and thickness gauge with the assistance of the camera vision system.Finally,the purpose ofautomatic feeding,type sorting,parameter printing and product packaging for single focus lens were realized.The unique automatic focusingfunction of the equipment can realize the precise measurement of single focus lens parameters,so as to meet the requirements of themeasurement accuracy of manufacturers,so as to select higher quality products for the high-end market.
