板式换热器板片质量在线自动检测系统的设计与实现

摘要 为解决换热器板片在压制成型后减薄(缩颈)和裂纹缺陷检测问题,设计换热器板片质量自动检测系统,采用高精度、高动态性能和高速测量的双激光位移传感器测量板片各点厚度,通过研究数据采集方式、关键特征点数据比对分析,计算各点的减薄量,从而判断板片质量是否合格,最后通过实验样机进行了验证。结果表明,该系统可实现不同波纹形状减薄量和波纹深度的检测,能够替代人工,大幅度提高检测精度,可应用于实际板片生产制造现场。 In order to solve the problems of thinning(necking) and crack defect detection of heat exchanger plates after pressing,an automaticquality detection system for heat exchanger plates was designed.Double laser displacement sensors with high precision,high dynamicperformance and high-speed measurement were used to measure the thickness of each point.The thinning amount of each point was calculatedby studying the data acquisition mode and data comparison of key feature points.Finally,the system was verified by the experimentalprototype.The results show that the system can detect the thickness reduction and depth of different corrugated shapes,and can replace manualwork,greatly improve the detection accuracy,and can be applied to the actual sheet production and manufacturing site.
