摘要
为解决传统应力在线监测系统存在的问题,基于低功耗无线传感网络设计了应力在线监测系统,实现了对工作面应力变化的实时监测、显示、预警。为提高钻孔应力的测量精度,设计了十字交叉式油枕应力计,相比传统应力计具有监测精度高、安装简单的优点。给出了系统的结构图、硬件设计方案和软件算法的流程图,重点针对无线传感网络的低功耗进行了研究,并给出了设计方案。经试验验证,系统运行稳定性好、功耗低、维护量小、监测连续不中断,能够对保证煤矿安全生产发挥重要作用。
In order to solve the problems of traditional stress monitoring on-line system,a design of on-line stress monitoring system based on low-power wireless sensor network was proposed,which realized the real-time monitoring,display and early warning of stress change on the working face.In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the borehole stress,a cross-type oil pillow stress meter was designed.Compared with the traditional stress meter,it had the advantages of high monitoring accuracy and simple installation.The structure diagram,hardware design scheme and software algorithm flow chart of the system were given.The low power consumption of wireless sensor network was studied and the design scheme was given.The test results show that the system has good stability,low power consumption,small maintenance and continuous monitoring,which plays an important role in ensuring coal mine safety production.
