摘要
针对综采工作面液压支架在移架推溜过程中经常出现支架千斤顶背压死,导致移架推溜难度大、危险系数高、支架千斤顶损坏严重等现象,通过技术研究,对原液压支架与刮板输送机钢性连接进行优化,安装了一套刮板输送机推移装置,实际应用证明能够避免支架千斤顶压死现象,使支架千斤顶故障率降低了14%,保证了工作面安全高效回采,取得了显著应用成效。
In view of the phenomenon that the support jack is often chok in the process of moving and pushing the hydraulic support in the fully mechanized mining face,which leads to the difficulty of moving the support,high risk factor and serious damage of the support jack,the steel connection between the original hydraulic support and the scraper conveyor was optimized through technical research,and a set of scraper conveyor pushing device was installed.Practical application shows that the phenomenon of support jack being pressed to death is avoided,and the failure rate of support jack is reduced by 14%,which ensures the safe and efficient mining of working face and achieves remarkable application effect.
