耳后注射甲基泼尼松龙初始治疗特发性突聋的临床效果

Clinical effect of retroauricular injection of Methylprednisolone on idiopathic sudden deafness

目的探讨耳后注射甲基泼尼松龙初始治疗特发性突聋的临床效果。方法选取2016年11月~2019年11月汕头大学医学院第二附属医院收治的80例特发性突聋患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用甲基泼尼松龙静脉滴注治疗,观察组采用耳后注射甲基泼尼松龙治疗,比较两组的的临床疗效及治疗前后的听阈。结果观察组的临床治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组听阈比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的听阈低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳后注射甲基泼尼松龙对初始治疗特发性突聋患者疗效确切,在临床上值得借鉴和推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Methylprednisolone injection in the initial treatment of idiopathic sudden deafness.Methods A total of 80 patients with idiopathic sudden deafness admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College from November 2016 to November 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with intravenous infusion of Methylprednisolone,and the observation group was treated with injection of Methylprednisolone behind the ear.The clinical efficacy and hearing threshold before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in hearing threshold between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the hearing threshold of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Retroauricular injection of Methylprednisolone for the initial treatment of patients with idiopathic sudden deafness is effective,which is worthy of reference and promotion in clinical practice.
