氢氧化钙制剂在根管治疗牙髓炎、根尖周炎患者中的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of calcium hydroxide preparation in root canal treatment of patients with pulpitis and periapical periodontitis

目的探究氢氧化钙制剂在根管治疗牙髓炎、根尖周炎患者中的效果。方法选取2018年11月~2020年1月抚顺市口腔医院顺城分院收治的86例牙髓炎与根尖周炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=43)与对照组(n=43)。对照组根管治疗后采用氧化锌碘仿丁香油粘固粉,观察组根管治疗后采用氢氧化钙制剂,比较两组患者治疗前后牙周指数、根管治疗期间急症(IAE)发生率、治疗效果以及不良反应。结果治疗前,两组的菌斑指数(PLI)、探诊出血指数(BI)、探诊牙周袋深度(PD)以及牙龈指数(GI)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的PLI、BI、PD以及GI均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的IAE发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氢氧化钙制剂用于根管治疗对牙髓炎、根尖周炎的患者的治疗,效果显著,安全性高,无不良反应,能有效改善患者牙周情况以及减轻患者疼痛症状,具有临床广泛推荐价值。

Objective To explore the effect of calcium hydroxide preparations in root canal treatment of patients with pulpitis and periapical periodontitis.Methods A total of 86 patients with pulpitis and periapical periodontitis treated in Shuncheng Branch of Fushun Stomatological Hospital from November 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into the observation group(n=43)and the control group(n=43)by the random number table method.After root canal treatment,the control group was treated with zinc oxide iodoform clove oil cement,and the observation group was treated with calcium hydroxide.The periodontal index,the interappointment emergencies(IAE),the treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in plaque index(PLI),bleeding index(BI),periodontal depth(PD)and gingival index(GI)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,PLI,BI,PD and GI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of IAE in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ADR between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Calcium hydroxide preparation used in root canal therapy for the treatment of patients with pulpitis and periapical periodontitis has significant effect,high safety and no adverse reactions.It can effectively improve the periodontal condition of patients and relieve the pain symptoms of patients.which has a wild clinical recommendation value.
