小儿急性哮喘急诊护理中舒适护理干预的应用分析

Application analysis of comfortable nursing intervention in emergency nursing of children with acute asthma

目的探讨舒适护理在小儿急性哮喘急诊护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月~2020年1月赣州市妇幼保健院收治的80例小儿急性哮喘患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分成对照组(n=40)和研究组(n=40)。对照组采用常规急诊护理干预,研究组采用舒适护理的急诊护理,比较两组的咳嗽、喘息、呼吸困难、肺部哮鸣音消失时间和肺功能指标。结果研究组的咳嗽消失时间、喘息消失时间、呼吸困难消失时间、肺部哮鸣音消失时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的呼出75%潮气量时呼气流速(25%TEF)、呼出50%潮气量时呼气流速(50%TEF)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的呼出75%潮气量时呼气流速(75%TEF)、峰值流速/潮气量(PTEF/VT)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿急性哮喘急诊护理中开展舒适护理路径,可有效控制病情发展,提升治疗效果,改善患儿肺部功能,对改善疾病预后有积极意义,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing in emergency care of children with acute asthma.Methods A total of 80 cases of children with acute asthma from January 2019 to January 2020 in Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as study subjects,and were divided into the control group(n=40)and study group(n=40)by random number table method.Routine emergency nursing intervention was used in the control group,and comfortable emergency nursing was used in the study group.The cough,wheeze,dyspnea,disappearance time of wheeze and improvement of pulmonary function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The vanishing time of cough,wheezing,dyspnea,and wheezing in the lungs in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expiratory flow rate at 25%tidal volume(25%TEF)and expiratory flow rate at 50%tidal volume(50%TEF)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The expiratory flow rate at 75%tidal volume(75%TEF)and peak flow rate/tidal volume(PTEF/VT)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The active development of comfortable nursing path in the emergency care of children with acute asthma can effectively control the development of the disease,improve the treatment effect,improve the pulmonary function of children,and improve the prognosis of the disease has positive significance,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
