母乳喂养计划在产后3 d纯母乳喂养中的应用效果

Application effect of breastfeeding plan in postpartum three days exclusive breastfeeding

目的探讨母乳喂养计划在产后3 d纯母乳喂养中的应用效果。方法选取2017年9月~2019年9月福建省泉州市妇幼保健院收治的66例正常分娩产妇作为研究对象,采用"动态随机分组法"将其分为对照组(33例)和观察组(33例)。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用母乳喂养计划干预。比较两组的母乳喂养情况,产妇乳头疼痛、皲裂和乳胀发生率及母乳喂养知识掌握率。结果观察组首次有效吸吮时间距离分娩时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);产后1、2、3 d母乳喂养次数均多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的乳头疼痛或皲裂率、产妇乳胀发生率低于对照组,总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的母乳喂养知识掌握率、3 d纯母乳喂养率及42 d纯母乳喂养率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论母乳喂养计划干预对产后3 d纯母乳喂养的价值显著,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of breast feeding plan in postpartum three days pure breastfeeding.Methods A total of 66 cases of normal delivery women in Quanzhou maternal and Child Health Hospital of Fujian Province from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(33 cases)and the observation group(33 cases)by″dynamic random grouping method″.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given breastfeeding program intervention.The breast-feeding situation,incidence of nipple pain,chapped and breast distension,and the mastery rate of breastfeeding knowledge were compared between the two groups.Results The first effective sucking time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of breastfeeding in 1,2 and 3 days after delivery in the observation group was more than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nipple pain or chapped rate and the incidence of breast distention in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;in the control group,the total incidence rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mastering rate of breastfeeding knowledge,the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in three days and the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in 42 d in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The value of breast feeding program intervention on postpartum three days pure breast-feeding is significant,which is worthy of implementation.
