摘要
本文提出了重载开启桥多点驱动系统的设计方案,采用驱动轨道和链驱动装置实现移动桥架的水平开启与闭合。设计了重载开启桥多点驱动系统的同步控制算法,由转速反馈构成闭环稳速控制,根据电流反馈进行负荷均衡补偿;基于CAN总线组建实时网络控制系统和基于TCP/IP组建实时网络控制系统,通过计算机控制、传感及变频技术,实现多点驱动的同步控制。测试结果表明,驱动机构沿轨道行走时平稳无障碍,能按预期实现移动桥架的开启与闭合;8个点位同时驱动时,同步精度可保持在1mm以内。
In this work,a design of multi-point driving system for heavy-duty movable bridge is proposed.The horizontal opening and closing of movable bridge are realized by driving track and chain driving device.A synchronization control algorithm for multi-point driving system of heavy-duty movable bridge is designed,which realizes closed-loop steady-speed control by speed feedback.Load balancing compensation is conducted based on current feedback.Real-time networked control system based on CAN bus and real-time networked control system based on TCP/IP are built.The synchronization control of multi-point driving is realized through computer control,sensor and frequency conversion technology.Experiment results show that the driving mechanism travels smoothly and without obstacles along the track,and can open and close the movable bridge as expected.When eight points are driven simultaneously,the synchronization accuracy can be kept within 1mm.
