摘要
稠油热采平台通常使用蒸汽吞吐或蒸汽驱动技术提高底层原油温度,降低井底高粘原油粘度,从而增加原油采出率。本文结合项目实际需求,针对稠油热采平台工艺流程中的高温、高粘介质特性,对压力变送器的安装进行详细的分析,有效提高了压力变送器计量精度及使用寿命。
The steam huff and puff or steam driven technology is usually used in Heavy oil thermal recovery platform to reduce the viscosity of crude oil and improve the oil recovery ratio.The paper analyzed the selection and installation of pressure transmitter according to the actual needs of the project and the high temperature and high viscosity characteristics of the process medium,so as to improve the measurement accuracy and services life of the pressure transmitter effectively.
