Development and Application of Actuator for Long-Distance Pipeline

由于长输油气管道执行机构长久以来受国外产品垄断,中国石油率先在能源领域开展油气管道关键设备国产化研发项目,其中执行机构作为关键设备之一面临着新的机遇与挑战。本文从需求出发,阐述了国产化长输油气管道执行机构重要指标的设计与验证,包括低温性能、低速重载性能等,最终产品满足要求并实现了现场应用,可作为其他领域执行机构国产化的推广与借鉴。

Since the long-distance oil and gas pipeline actuator has been monopolized by foreign products for a long time,PetroChina takes the lead in the localization research and development project of key equipment of oil and gas pipeline in the energy field,in which the actuator is one of the key equipment.This brings new opportunities and challenges to the domestic executive agencies.Starting from the demand,this paper describes the design and verification of the important indicators of the actuator for the localization of long oil and gas pipelines,including low temperature performance,low speed and heavy load performance,etc.the final product meets the requirements and realizes the field application,which can be used as the promotion and reference for the localization of the actuator in other fields.
