重水堆空气闸门系统原采用美国HATHAWAY公司BETALARM 3型报警窗,经过十几年的使用,该报警窗逐渐老化,出现按键失灵、报警异常等现象。目前,美国HATHAWAY公司BETALARM 3型报警窗已停产,为了保证现场设备正常运行,对该报警窗进行国产化改造,通过使用发现新型号报警窗功能完善、安装维修便捷,可为电厂其它系统报警窗改造提供实例借鉴[1]。

The air gate system of heavy water reactor originally adopted BetAlarm 3 alarm window of American Hathaway Company.After more than ten years of use,the alarm window is gradually aging,and some phenomena such as key failure and abnormal alarm appear.At present,American Hathaway Company BetAlarm 3 alarm window has been discontinued.In order to ensure the normal operation of the field equipment,the alarm window was transformed domestically.Through use,it was found that the new alarm window has perfect function and convenient installation and maintenance,which provides examples for the improvement of other system alarm Windows in power plants.
