摘要
控制系统作为整个电厂的中枢神经,深受网络通信技术发展的影响。目前,其已经从模拟技术逐步发展为数字技术(DCS、FCS系统)。但随着核电厂对大数据、人工智能、云计算技术等前沿技术的需求日益强烈,现有的控制系统架构难以满足大数据量通信、确定性通信、海量数据采集的要求。因此,根据最新信息技术及网络技术的发展并以核电厂特殊需求为依据,提出了网络化控制系统的展望。该系统架构主要以目前广为流行的混合云(私有云+共有云)技术为基础,并结合了5G、总线技术、无线自组网、数字孪生、大数据、服务器集群、机器学习等多种前沿技术,在可靠性、经济性有保证的前提下实现了智能化。本文不仅为核电厂控制系统架构的研究提供了重要参考,也为后续仪控系统的设计提供了思路。
As the central nervous system of the whole power plant,the control system is deeply affected by the development of network communication technology.At present,it has gradually developed from analog technology to digital technology(DCS,FCS System).However,with the increasing demand for big data,artificial intelligence,cloud computing and other technologies in nuclear power plants,the existing control system architecture is difficult to meet the requirements of large data communication,deterministic communication and massive data acquisition.Therefore,according to the latest development of information technology and network technology,and based on the special needs of nuclear power plant,the prospect of networked control system is put forward.The system architecture is mainly based on the popular hybrid cloud(private cloud+common cloud)technology,combined with 5g,bus technology,wireless ad hoc network,digital twin,big data,server cluster,machine learning and other cutting-edge technologies,and realizes the intellectualization under the premise of reliability and economy.This paper not only provides an important reference for the research of nuclear power plant control system architecture,but also provides ideas for the subsequent design of I&C system.
