摘要 本文以核电厂应急辅助决策系统的功能需求为基础,研究基于无线通信的应急辅助决策系统功能模块。通过引入无线通信技术,增加手机APP、人员车辆定位、短信等功能,使应急人员可以快速有效地查看应急相关信息,并将现场的数据实时传递给应急指挥部,使应急人员和非应急人员、车辆能够准确定位,使相关应急信息能通过短信发送给应急和非应急人员,实现应急信息的实时、可靠传递,提升核电厂的智能化管理水平。 Based on the functional requirements of nuclear power plant emergency decision aided system,this paper studies the function module of emergency decision aided system based on wireless communication.By introducing wireless communication technology,we add mobile app,personnel and vehicle positioning,short message service and other functions,so that the emergency personnel can quickly and effectively check the emergency related information,and real-time transmission of the field data to the emergency headquarters;the emergency personnel and non-emergency personnel,vehicles can be accurately positioned,and related emergency information can be sent to emergency and non-emergency personnel through the message,to realize the real-time and reliable transmission of emergency information,and improve the intelligent management level of nuclear power plant.
