摘要
本文从给煤机故障率高、跳闸原因难以分析判断的现状入手,分析了传统给煤机存在的问题。针对这些问题,提出了取消就地给煤机微机及相关卡件,将给煤机煤量计算、标定完全纳入到DCS,其所有功能由DCS逻辑功能实现,同时通过DCS直接控制变频器。这样改造之后,逻辑直观、回路简单,给煤机运行的可靠性和稳定性得到大大提高。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional coal feeder from the current situation that the failure rate of coal feeder is high and the tripping reason is difficult to analyze and judge.In view of these problems,it innovatively proposes to cancel the local coal feeder controller,and integrate the coal quantity calculation and calibration of the coal feeder into the DCS.All its functions are realized by the DCS logic function,and the frequency converter is directly controlled by the DCS.After this transformation,the logic is intuitive,the circuit is simple,and the reliability and stability of the coal feeder operation are greatly improved.
