面向能源互联网的综合能源仪控平台一体化设计与研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对综合考虑能源服务涵盖能源规划设计、工程投资建设、多能源运营服务,以及投融资服务等环节,出现应用平台功能不规范、各环节要求不统一的现状,同时为满足绿色低碳、信息智能现代化城市的建设要求,为新型综合能源服务标准体系的构建提供实践依据,本文针对能源互联网的综合能源仪控平台应用展开研究,对综合能源智慧服务的信息化平台及综合能源业务相关技术现状进行研究。同时,对综合能源现状进行分析,对总体能源现状、总体发展思路进行详细研究,主要以中国的雄安新区为研究对象,以容东片区为载体,梳理现有标准与平台功能、性能、安全性的技术规范的相关关系,完成综合能源仪控平台的设计与研究。 In view of the comprehensive consideration of energy services covering energy planning and design,engineering investment and construction,multi-energy operation services and investment and financing services,the functions of the application platform are not standardized and the requirements of each link are not unified.In order to meet the construction requirements of green,low-carbon and information intelligent modern cities,and provide practical basis for the construction of a new comprehensive energy service standard system,this paper studies the application of comprehensive energy instrument control platform of the energy Internet,and studies the information platform of comprehensive energy wisdom service and the related technology of comprehensive energy business.At the same time,the analysis of the comprehensive energy situation,the overall energy situation and overall development ideas,mainly in the Xiong an New Area in China,with Rongcheng area as the carrier,combing the existing standards and platform function,performance,safety technical specifications,and complete the design and research of the comprehensive energy instrument control platform.
