江苏省高技术产业发展现状及对策建议

Present situation and countermeasures of high-tech industry development in Jiangsu province

作为国民经济的重要组成部分,高技术产业对社会、经济发展具有极为重要的意义,是维护国家安全、增强国际竞争力的重要力量。江苏省高技术产业发展迅速,产业规模扩大,创新效益显著,但也存在着人均创新投入不足、产业集群优势不明显、重技术引进轻消化吸收等问题,文章对此提出了推动科技成果产业化,打通科技、产业、金融连接通道,打造安全的产业链等相关对策建议。

As an important part of national economy,high-tech industry is of great importance to the development of society and economy.Jiangsu province high-tech industry develops rapidly,the industry scale expands,the innovation benefit is remarkable,but also there exist some problems such as the per capita innovation investment is insufficient,the advantage of the industry cluster is not obvious,the technology introduction is emphasized and digestion and absorption are neglected and so on.Therefore,this article has proposed relevant countermeasures and suggestions such as promoting science and technology achievement industrialization,opening the science and technology,the industry,the financial connection passage,creating the safe industry chain and so on.
