摘要 "病原生物学与免疫学"是专业基础课程,具有知识点繁、难、杂的特点,实验内容多、课时少,不利于创新型医学人才培养,严重影响实验教学质量。文章阐述了本课程积极建设MOOC资源,利用在线资源优势,丰富实验教学内容,转变实验教学方式,改革实验考核方法,采用SPOC与翻转课堂相结合的教学模式,最终实现学生为主体、老师为主导的教学效果,达到教师和学生教学相长的目标。 "Pathogen Biology and Immunology"is a professional basic course,with the characteristics of complex,difficult,miscellaneous knowledge,more experimental content,less class hours,not conducive to innovative medical personnel training,seriously affect the quality of experimental teaching.This paper expounds that the course constructs MOOC resources actively,enriches experimental teaching content by using the advantage of online resources,transforms experimental teaching mode,reforms experimental examination method,adopts the teaching mode which combines SPOC with inverted classroom,finally realizes the teaching effect that the student is the main body,the teacher is the leading part,and achieves the goal of mutual benefit between the teacher and the student.
