国内大循环背景下农村电商精准扶贫的路径优化研究

Research on the Path Optimization of Rural E-Commerce Targeted Poverty Alleviation Under the Background of Domestic Circulation

本文以国内大循环为背景,针对农村电商扶贫中存在的物流配送成本高、配送难度大,信息化建设程度低,农村电商专业人才匮乏等问题,提出完善农村电商物流体系,建设并完善网络基础设施,加强电商扶贫人才队伍建设等对策建议,助推农村精准扶贫有效开展。

Based on the background of domestic circulation,this paper analyzes the problems existing in rural e-commerce poverty alleviation,such as high cost of logistics distribution,great difficulty of distribution,low level of information construction,lack of rural e-commerce professionals,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the effective development of targeted poverty alleviation in rural areas,including improving rural e-commerce logistics system,building and improving network infrastructure,and strengthening the construction of e-commerce talent team.
