本文设计了一种新型的全自动封帽机无烘箱结构,改变传统的烘箱结构,上下料整体结构由上侧钣金件焊接固定在中间铝板上,下侧通过铝型材搭建。优化了内部上下料结构,使设备操作方便、速度快、密封性好、质量轻、成本低,从而更适应于客户和市场快速发展的要求。

In this paper,a new type of automatic capping machine structure without oven is designed,which changes the traditional oven structure.The overall structure of loading and unloading is welded and fixed on the middle aluminum plate by the upper sheet metal parts,and the lower side is built by aluminum profiles.The internal loading and unloading structure is optimized to make the equipment easy to operate and have fast speed,good sealing,light weight and low cost,so as to better meet the requirements of customers and the rapid development of the market.
