机器人标定单元快速换型优化研究

摘要 针对机器人多品种小批量生产方式中的换型问题以及等待标定在制品多、操作过程工序多、标定时间比较长等问题而导致生产交期过长不能满足客户需求,以工业六轴机器人标定单元为研究对象,通过运用基于精益生产的快速换型(SMED)等工具,对机器人标定生产单元换型进行分析改进,改进后标定单元的日生产能力从原来2.69台/班次提高到6.16台/班次,换型快、流动快、交付周期快,同时提高了标定单元设备的利用率等。 There are many problems in the multi-variety and small batch production mode of robot,such as type change,many products waiting for calibration,many operation procedures and long calibration time,which lead to the long production delivery time and cannot meet the demand of customers.Taking the 6-axis industrial robot calibration unit as the research object,this paper uses the analysis and research tools such as SMED to analyze and improve calibration production unit.The daily production capacity of the calibration unit is increased from 2.69 units per shift to 6.16 units per shift.It has the advantages of fast type change,fast flow,fast delivery cycle,and improves equipment utilization rate of calibration unit.
