产教融合背景下“校企轮转、岗位轮训”人才培养模式探析——以工程物流管理专业为例

摘要 本文分析了当前我国工程物流管理专业人才供给难以满足市场需求、培养目标不清晰、专业建设缺乏特色、物流管理理论和课程体系均有待升级重构、学生实践能力相对较弱问题。为了解决上述问题,笔者提出基于“校企轮转、岗位轮训”的工程物流管理专业创新人才培养模式应从制定人才培养方案、构建课程体系、做好订单式“校企轮转、岗位轮训”学生培养工作以及搭建高水平校企科研协作平台等方面进行改革。 This paper analyzes the current situation of talent cultivation of engineering logistics management in China,and points out the problems such as the supply of professional talent is difficult to meet market demand,training objectives are not clear,specialty construction is lack of characteristics,logistics management theory and course system need to be upgraded and restructured,and the practical ability of students is relatively weak.In order to solve these problems,it puts forward some reform measures,including formulating talent cultivation programs,constructing curriculum system,doing well the cultivation work of school-enterprise rotation and job rotation,and building a high-level school-enterprise scientific research cooperation platform.
