摘要
悬顶是无底柱分段崩落法回采过程中常见的生产事故之一,悬顶事故的出现不仅影响矿石的回收,还会给生产带来安全隐患。针对龙首矿西二采区无底柱分段崩落法采场发生的大规模悬顶事故进行了原因分析,得出矿山采用装1排炸药崩2排矿石的做法是造成悬顶事故发生和扩大的根本原因。同时提出了几种悬顶处理方案,并根据西二采区的实际情况对各方案的适用性逐一进行分析,最终采用侧向倾斜孔方案顺利将该悬顶崩落。实践证明,侧向倾斜孔方案是一种安全高效低成本的悬顶处理方法,可以作为矿山后期处理悬顶事故的首选方案。
The roof suspension is one of the most common accidents during mining operation with sublevel caving method.The unexpected happening of roof suspension not only affects negatively on the recovery of ore,but also brings hidden danger to the normal production.With analysis on the causes of the massive roof suspension accidents occurred in No.2 west mining area of Longshou Mine,it is concluded that loading one row of explosives for falling of two rows of ore was the critical cause for the occurrence and expansion of the roof suspension accident.As a result,optional schemes for handling roof suspension were proposed.The applicability of each scheme to the actual conditions of No.2 west mining area was discussed one by one.As a result,the scheme with lateral inclined hole was selected to make the suspension roof to collapse safely and smoothly.From the practice it has proved that the scheme with the lateral inclined hole is a safe and efficient method for the treatment of roof suspension at low cost,which is considered as the first choice for handling of the roof suspension at the later stage of mining operation.
