加味人参养荣汤联合GP方案对气血亏虚型晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的临床疗效

Clinical effects of Supplemented Renshen Yangrong Decoction combined with GP regimen on patients with advanced non⁃small cell lung cancer due to Deficiency of Qi and Blood

目的探讨加味人参养荣汤联合吉西他滨+顺铂(GP)方案对气血亏虚型晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的临床疗效。方法96例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组48例,对照组给予GP方案,观察组在对照组基础上加用加味人参养荣汤,疗程21 d。检测临床疗效、CEA、CA125、CYFRA21⁃1、VEGF、TGF⁃β1、MMP⁃2、免疫功能指标(CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、不良反应发生率变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),肝肾功能异常、胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制发生率更低(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组CEA、CA125、CYFRA21⁃1、VEGF、TGF⁃β1、MMP⁃2降低(P<0.05),免疫功能指标升高(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。结论加味人参养荣汤联合GP方案可改善气血亏虚型晚期非小细胞肺癌患者免疫功能,预防肿瘤转移和化疗引起的不良反应。

AIM To explore the clinical effects of Supplemented Renshen Yangrong Decoction combined with gemcitabine plus cisplatin(GP)regimen on patients with advanced non⁃small cell lung cancer due to Deficiency of Qi and Blood.METHODS Ninety⁃six patients were randomly assigned into control group(48 cases)for 21⁃day intervention of GP regimen,and observation group(48 cases)for 21⁃day intervention of both Supplemented Renshen Yangrong Decoction and GP regimen.The changes in clinical efficacy,CEA,CA125,CYFRA21⁃1,VEGF,TGF⁃β1,MMP⁃2,immune function indices(CD4^(+),CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))and incidence of adverse reactions were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05),along with lower incidence of abnormal liver and kidney functions,gastrointestinal reactions and bone marrow suppression(P<0.05).After the treatment,the two groups displayed decreased CEA,CA125,CYFRA21⁃1,VEGF,TGF⁃β1 and MMP⁃2(P<0.05)and increased immune function indices(P<0.05),especially for the observation group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with advanced non⁃small cell lung cancer due to Deficiency of Qi and Blood,Supplemented Renshen Yangrong Decoction combined with GP regimen can improve immune functions,and prevent tumor metastasis and chemotherapy⁃induced adverse reactions.
