摘要
以4种不同的基质沥青为原料,制备了N类Ⅰ型自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材,主要考察了基质沥青对自粘沥青卷材热老化后剥离强度的影响。结果表明,在配方相同的情况下,应尽量选用轻组分含量低的基质沥青,即选择针入度低、软化点高的基质沥青,这样能保证制备出的自粘沥青卷材在热老化前后都具有良好的剥离性能。
N kinds of type-I self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane are prepared with four different base bitumen as raw materials,and the effect of base bitumen on the peeling strength of self-adhesive bitumen membrane after thermal aging is mainly investigated.Results show that under the same formulation,the base bitumen with low light-component content should be selected as far as possible,i.e.,the base bitumen with low penetration and high softening point should be selected,so as to ensure that the self-adhesive bitumen membrane has good peeling performance before and after thermal aging.
