摘要 西安国际会展中心二期博览馆项目外围护工程由上下铝板月牙及立面玻璃幕墙组成,上下月牙金属屋面构造主要由铝合金装饰板与铝镁锰直立锁边防水板组成,立面幕墙则由中空钢化夹胶超白玻璃构成外立面功能系统。针对外围护工程多构造交接、多立柱穿屋面防水的难点,从造型控制、结构设计、功能防水处理、金属屋面抗风等方面着重阐述了外围护系统设计思路。 The exterior enclosure of Expo Hall of Xi’an International Convention and Exhibition Center is composed of upper and lower aluminum crescents and facade glass curtain wall.The metal roof structure of upper and lower crescent is mainly composed of aluminum alloy decorative plate and aluminum magnesium manganese standing seam waterproofing plate,and the facade curtain wall is composed of hollow toughened laminated super white glass.With regards to the waterproofing difficulties of multiple structures integration and multiple roof-through columns in exterior enclosure engineering,this paper mainly expounds the design ideas of exterior enclosure system from the aspects of modeling control,structural design,functional waterproofing treatment,metal roof wind resistance,etc.
