Combined Construction Technology of Prestressed Pipe Pile and Micro Steel Pipe Pile Under Geological Condition of Thin Wall Karst Cave

摘要 以广州花都区某建设项目为例,通过在薄壁溶洞地质区域采用预应力管桩+微型钢管桩组合施工技术,既克服了采用灌注桩施工时成本较高、周期长且无法平行作业等技术问题,又降低了施工难度,同时还有效解决了采用预应力管桩施工时溶洞顶壁易被集中应力击穿的问题。该组合技术的应用,使项目取得了良好的社会和经济效益,值得推广应用。 Taking a construction project in Huadu District of Guangzhou as an example,the combined construction technology of prestressed pipe pile and micro steel pipe pile is adopted in the geological area of thin wall Karst cave.It not only overcomes the technical problems such as high cost,long period and no parallel operation when using cast-in-place pile construction,but also reduces the construction difficulty.At the same time,it also effectively solves the problem that the top wall of Karst cave is easily broken down by concentrated stress when prestressed pipe pile is used.The application of the combined technology makes the project obtain good social and economic benefits,and is worthy of popularization and application.
