摘要
城市中心建设工程往往受限于城市规划指标、限高等问题,逐步向地下探索更多的发展空间,并面临着邻近原有建筑、地铁、地下管道等复杂环境。以杭州中心B1区超深基坑施工为例,从围护支撑优化、土方开挖、降水等方面分析超深基坑施工的关键技术,为类似项目实施提供借鉴案例。
Usually confined by the urban planning index and height limits,the urban center construction projects are gradually exploring more underground development space,and are facing the complex environment such as adjacent original buildings,subways,underground pipelines and so on.Taking the construction of super deep foundation pit in B1 area of Hangzhou center as an example,the key technologies of super deep foundation pit construction are analyzed from the aspects of foundation pit support optimization,earthwork excavation and dewatering,which can provide reference cases for the implementation of similar projects.
