摘要 为了选出最适合郑州金融岛项目的墙体,通过在施工现场建立样板区进行技术指标对比得出:中空钢网内模轻质隔墙具有施工速度更快、劳动强度更小、抗冲击力更大、单点吊挂力更大等优点。在施工过程中创新性地对中空钢网内模轻质隔墙吊挂件安装位置不明确、防锈蚀等问题进行了技术改进,实践证明改进后的工艺做法效果显著,同时具有良好的社会效益和经济效益,可为类似工程施工提供参考。 To select the most suitable wall for Zhengzhou Financial Island project,a model area is established in the construction site for technical index comparison.The comparison results show that the light partition wall with hollow steel mesh interior formwork has the advantages of faster construction,less labor intensity,greater impact resistance and single point hanging capacity,etc.In the process of construction,technical improvements are performed for the problems of unclear installation position and anti-corrosion of light partition wall hangers.The practice has proved that the improved process has remarkable effect and good social and economic benefits.It can provide reference for similar engineering construction.
