新型可调工具式悬挑脚手架施工技术研究及应用

针对工具式悬挑脚手架工字钢需定制,且对预埋件预埋成形精准度要求高,以及拉杆在遇到建筑窗台外飘板或异形轮廓时,需设置下撑杆而导致施工操作复杂、适用性低、定制成本高等问题,结合常德碧桂园·十里公园项目,提出新型可调工具式悬挑外架施工技术,很好地解决了以上难题。新技术具有适应性强、安装便利、成本低、效率高等优点,可满足现代建筑各种造型施工需求,具有较好的推广应用价值。

The I-beam of tool-type suspended scaffold needs to be customized,and the embedded forming precision of embedded parts is required to be high.When the pull rod meets the floating plate outside the building window sill or the special-shaped contour,it needs to set the lower support pole,which leads to complex construction operation,low applicability and high customization cost.Combined with Country Garden·Shili Park project in Changde City,a new type of adjustable tool-type suspended scaffold construction technology is proposed,which solves the above problems well.The new technology has the advantages of strong adaptability,convenient installation,low cost and high efficiency,which can meet the construction requirements of various architectural styles and has good application value.
