新型预制拱板拼运设备的研制与应用

Development and Application of a New Type of Prefabricated Arch Plate Assembly and Transportation Equipment

针对常规吊装方法在安装大型预制三铰拱结构中存在的问题,综合考虑了拼装成拱、运输和姿态调整的特点,研制了集拼装、水平运输和落架于一体的新型预制拱板拼运设备。新型预制拱板拼运设备由液压模块车、安装胎架和微调装置组成,可以在地面和地下的拱形结构施工现场进行预制三铰拱结构拼装、水平运输、姿态调整和落架等操作。新型预制拱板拼运设备具有效果明显、安全可靠和操作简便的优势。

In view of the problems existing in the installation of large-scale prefabricated three hinged arch structure by the conventional hoisting method,a new type of prefabricated arch plate assembly and transportation equipment is developed,which integrates assembly,horizontal transportation and landing gear,considering the characteristics of assembly,transportation and posture adjustment.The new prefabricated arch plate assembly and transportation equipment is composed of hydraulic module car,mounting jig and fine adjustment device,which can realize the assembly,horizontal transportation,posture adjustment and landing gear of prefabricated three hinged arch structure on the ground and underground construction site.The new prefabricated arch plate assembly and transportation equipment has the advantages of obvious effect,safety,reliability and easy operation.
