以上海市江浦路越江隧道新建工程盾构出井吊装为背景,对在成形隧道上方进行盾构机出井吊装对隧道的影响进行了研究。结合履带吊站位工况,对成形隧道进行受力及变形分析,并根据实际监测情况分析此种工况下对成形隧道的实际影响,得到了一系列变形的数据,总结了吊装施工过程中的注意要点,可为后续工程提供施工建议。

Based on the shield machine hoisting out of well of Jiangpu Road cross-river tunnel in Shanghai,the Influence of shield machine hoisting out of well on tunnel above constructed tunnel is studied.Combined with the working condition of crawler crane,the stress and deformation of constructed tunnel are analyzed.According to the actual monitoring situation,the actual impact on the constructed tunnel under this condition is analyzed,and a series of deformation data are obtained.The key points in hoisting construction are summarized,which can provide construction suggestions for subsequent projects.
