摘要
结合上海轨交14号线浦东大道站—源深路站区间施工实际,对盾构在既有地下通道结构下方小间距十字叠交穿越大口径市政管线的施工工艺进行了研究。基于东西通道结构与原水管对盾构机的影响、盾构小间距推进对原水管及东西通道二次扰动的影响,通过预隔离加固及同步盾构推进施工技术措施将小间距施工对上方穿越建(构)筑物的影响降到最低。同时通过分阶段控制技术,对土压力、推进速度、刀盘扭矩、同步注浆等施工流程细化,形成完整的施工工艺,使盾构平稳、安全地穿越原水管及东西通道,有效地保障了相关结构的稳定,总结的经验具有一定的参考价值。
Combined with the construction practice from Pudong Avenue Station to Yuanshen Road station of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 14,the construction technology of shield crossing large diameter municipal pipeline with small spacing under the existing underground structure is studied.Based on the influence of the east-west passage structure and the existing water pipe on the shield machine,and the secondary disturbance influence of the small spacing advance of the shield machine on the existing water pipe and the east-west passage,the influence of the small spacing construction on the upper crossing structure is minimized through the pre-isolation reinforcement and synchronous shield advance construction technical measures.At the same time,through the phased control technology,the complete construction process is formed by the detailed construction process of earth pressure,advancing speed,cutter head torque and synchronous grouting.It makes the shield pass through the existing water pipe and the east-west passage smoothly and safely,and effectively guarantees the stability of relevant structures.The experience has a certain reference value.
