三维扫描在复杂形体膜结构收边件加工中的应用

摘要 受膜结构复杂形体影响,膜结构收边构件多为空间曲面造型,加工精度要求高,加工难度大。以随州南站站房伞状单元负高斯曲面ETFE索膜结构为例,阐述三维扫描技术在膜结构收边件设计及加工中的应用。通过引入三维扫描技术对膜面进行逆向建模,借助建筑实体的高精度数字模型开展收边件的设计及加工,从而达到提高施工质量及施工效率的目的。 Affected by the complex shaped membrane structure,the edging parts in the membrane structure are mostly space curved surface modeling,which require high processing accuracy and are difficult to process.Taking the negative Gauss surface ETFE cable membrane structure of umbrella unit in Suizhou South Railway Station as an example,the application of 3 D scanning technology in the design and processing of edging parts in membrane structure is described.Through the introduction of 3 D scanning technology to carry out reverse modeling of the membrane surface,with the help of the high-precision digital model of the building entity to carry out the design and processing of edging parts,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the construction quality and construction efficiency.
