超高层项目基于BIM的人员定位综合技术

摘要 超高层结构多为外钢框架与核心筒结构,当超高层采用低位顶升钢平台模架体系施工时,核心筒水平结构滞后于核心筒竖向结构10~15层,交叉作业较多,施工风险高。从安全管理角度出发,结合BIM在建筑领域的发展,在超高层项目中使用BIM技术人员定位系统,实现了在顶模移动载体上的人员精准定位,满足了人员考勤、移动轨迹查询、危险告警等管理要求。 The super high-rise structures are mostly outer steel frame and core tube structures.When the super highrise buildings are constructed with low-level jacking steel platform formwork system,the horizontal structure of core tube lags 10–15 floors behind the vertical structure of core tube,so there are many cross operations and high construction risk.From the perspective of safety management,combined with the development of BIM in the construction field,the personnel positioning system based BIM technology is adopted in super high-rise projects,which realizes the accurate positioning of personnel on the top formwork mobile carrier,and meets the management requirements of personnel attendance,mobile track query,danger alarm and so on.
