从区隔到融合:空间视角下城市“混合社区”的多元治理

From Division to Integration:Multiple Governance of Urban“Mixed Community”from the Perspective of Space

城市“混合社区”是当前快速城市化进程中一种空间变迁与重组的特殊社区类型。地缘与业缘不同的群体骤然间共同生活在一个社区,因而滋生出较为严重的空间区隔与排斥现象。其主要表现为:“屋”以类聚的社区物理空间分隔,“人”以群分的社会阶层分殊,群体认知与行为模式差异所导致的心理空间区隔,传统生活与现代时尚对撞所造成的数字鸿沟等。基于此,城市“混合社区”多元治理的空间路径是:以“区域化党建”促进居住空间的社会融合,以“五社联动”激活混合社区的社会基础,以“三治融合”促进心理空间的有机整合,以“智慧综管”架起数字鸿沟的服务桥梁。

Urban"mixed community"is a typical type of community in the process of rapid urbanization.Groups with different geographical and industrial origins abruptly live together in a community,which leads to serious spatial segregation and exclusion.It is mainly manifested at the following aspects:the"house"is separated by the physical space of the cluster community;the"person"is separated by the social class of the cluster;the psychological space is separated by the difference of the group cognition and behavior mode;the digital gap is caused by the collision between traditional life and modern fashion.Based on the argumentation,the spatial path of multiple governance of urban"mixed community"is put forward as follows:to promote the social integration of residential space with"Regional Party Building",to activate the social foundation of mixed community with"Five Community Linkage,to promote the organic integration of psychological space with"Three Governance Integration",and to build a service bridge for digital gap with"Smart Integrated Management".
