云南陆军讲武堂是中国近代一所著名的军事院校,开办于1909年。自建校起,云南陆军讲武堂就把体育教育作为了其军事教育中一个重要的组成部分,在培养军事人才的同时,也促进了体育运动在中国军队中的传播,造就了一批在中国军事史上产生过影响的著名人物。研究仅就云南陆军讲武堂军事教育中的体育因素进行论述。
