摘要
以2-氯-6-三氯甲基吡啶为原料,经水解生产2-氯-6-酰氯基吡啶,酰胺化,缩合,得到目标产物氟吡酰草胺,总收率60%。通过工艺改进简化了操作,减少了原料品种,提高了分子利用率,更加适合工业化生产要求。
Using 2-chloro-6-trichloromethyl pyridine as raw material,2-chloro-6-acylchloropyridine was hydrolyzed,amidated and condensed to obtain the target product,Picolinafen,with a total yield of 60%.Through the process improvement,the operation is simplified,the raw material varieties are reduced,the molecular utilization rate is improved,and it is more suitable for industrial production.
