摘要
建立了高效液相色谱仪测定牙膏和化妆品中抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠含量的分析方法。采用Phenomenex Luna,C8分析色谱柱,以甲醇和0.3%磷酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min;紫外检测波长为245 nm。结果表明:抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠在1.0~30 mg/L浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R^(2)>0.999。该方法检出限为0.1 mg/L,样品加标回收率均在98.9%~100.3%,实际样品测量结果的相对标准偏差为0.51%~0.65%。该方法操作简单,测试结果准确可靠,能用于化妆品中抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠含量的测定。
A high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC)method was developed for determination of sodium ascorbyl phosphate(SAP)in toothpaste and cosmetics.The sample was directly dissolved and diluted with 0.3%H 3PO 4.A Phenomenex Luna,C8 analytical chromatographic column was used,and methanol and 0.3%phosphoric acid were used as mobile phases for gradient conversion to 1.0 mL/min;UV detection wavelength was 245 nm.The results show that:sodium ascorbyl phosphate presents a good linear relationship with the peak area in the concentration range of 1.0~30 mg/L,and the correlation coefficient R^(2)>0.999.The detection limit of this method is 0.1 mg/L,the sample recovery rates are 98.9%~100.3%,and the relative standard deviation of the actual sample measurement results is 0.51%~0.65%.The method is simple to operate,accurate and reliable,and can be used for the determination of sodium ascorbyl phosphate in cosmetics.
