介绍了施镀件双面镀不同镀层时所用的快速装夹夹具优点以及镀层均匀的电镀方法;重点阐述了施镀件双面镀不同镀层时快速装夹夹具、旋转镀装置结构及各施镀件与旋转镀装置上各旋转轴间装夹结构。施镀件通过在电镀槽内旋转,并配套使用阳极电力线均布板,从而获得镀层更加均匀一致的镀层。

The advantages of quick clamping fixture used in double-sided plating of different coatings and the plating method of uniform coating was introduced in this paper;The structure of quick clamping fixture,rotary plating device and the clamping structure between each plating part and each rotating axis of rotary plating device are described.The plating parts rotate in the plating bath and use the anode power line distribution plate,so as to obtain a more uniform coating.
