摘要
本项目为陕西延长石油40万吨/年轻油利用加工装置,即ACO装置,其低温工况为-20~-196℃。在设计过程中,低温材料的正确选用对设计质量和成本控制具有重要的意义;在施工过程中,良好的焊接质量是项目安全性和可靠性的重要保障。因此,深入探讨低温材料的选用和焊接质量控制对本项目的设计和施工很有必要。
This project is Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum400,000 tons/year light oil processing and utilization plant,namely ACO plant,Its low temperature operating conditions are-20~-196℃,In the design process,the correct selection of low temperature materials is of great significance to the design quality and cost control;In the construction process,good welding quality is an important guarantee for the safety and reliability of the project.Therefore,it is necessary to discuss the selection of low temperature materials and welding quality control in depth for the design and construction of this project.
