芳烃抽提装置蒸汽系统节能优化 被引量:3

摘要 针对芳烃抽提装置开车阶段闪蒸蒸汽无法外送问题,对装置内蒸汽换热器进行节能优化,以达到降低蒸汽消耗量、提高蒸汽利用率的目的。通过降低部分换热器的蒸汽品位,并采用蒸汽喷射式热泵,将装置内闪蒸的1.4 MPa(G)蒸汽全部自用。优化后装置蒸汽系统能耗降低16.62 kg标准油/h,优化方案已经在项目现场实施,效果良好。 For the problem that steam cannot be sent outside during the start-up phase of the aromatic extraction device,the steam heat exchanger in the plant is optimized for energy saving to achieve the purpose of reducing energy consumption and improving steam utilization.By changing the steam grade of some heat exchangers,and using steam jet pumps which can make the plant use all flashed 1.4 MPa(G)steam itself.The optimized steam system energy consumption of the plant is reduced by 16.62 kg of standard oil per hour.The optimization plan has been implemented on the project site.Achieve good results.
