摘要
燃料气平衡与优化是炼油化工厂一项重要的平衡优化工作,武汉某企业从燃料气管网基本状况及影响因素出发,利用一体化优化,结合实际开展了调度优化、过剩燃料气伴烧、过剩燃料气送炼油厂区等平衡及优化措施,避免化工厂区排放火炬问题,缓解炼油厂区外补天然气资源的压力,达到企业节能减排、提高经济效益的目的,并对下阶段持续优化提出具体思路。
Fuel gas balance and optimization is an important part of balance and optimization in a refinery and a chemical plant.This paper is intended to analyze the basic situations and influencing factors of the fuel gas pipeline network in an integrated refining and petrochemical enterprise in Wuhan.By making use of the advantages of refining and petrochemical integration,the enterprise has been able to avoid discharge of flare from chemical plant area and alleviate the pressure of natural gas resources replenished outside the refinery area,supported by the actual operation optimization,balance and optimization measures such as excess fuel gas accompanying combustion,and excess fuel gas sending to refinery area.In this way,goals have been achieved in energy-saving and emission reduction and improvement of economic efficiency.This paper also proposes specific measures for the next stage of sustainable optimization.
