摘要
伊拉克M油田产液量随开发程度的加深而不断上升,N脱气站分离器气液分离能力达到上限,容易引起火炬黑烟甚至火炬熄灭现象,同时导致电动外输泵发生汽蚀,原油外输压力升高,外输泵排量不足等问题。通过对脱气站分离器处理能力及外输能力的计算分析,提出了两种解除生产瓶颈的措施:一是安装一台三级分离器,与现有三级分离器并联操作,以增强气液分离效果,减少火炬黑烟及电泵汽蚀问题;二是增加一台电动外输泵,以提高原油外输压力及外输泵排量。通过两种改造方案的实施,N脱气站的生产瓶颈将会得到解除。
With the deepening development of M oil field in Iraq,the liquid production is increasing and the gas-liquid separation capacity of separators in N degassing station reaches the upper limit,which is easy to cause flare black smoke and even extinguishment of flare.Meanwhile,it may also cause cavitation of electric export pump,increasing of crude oil export pressure and insufficient output of export pump.Based on the calculation and analysis of the treatment capacity and export capacity of the separators in degassing station,two measures to remove the production bottleneck are put forward:On the one hand,to install a 3rd stage separator,which is operated in parallel with the existing 3rd stage separator,so as to enhance the performance of gas-liquid separation and reduce the flare black smoke and electric pump cavitation;On the other hand,to add an electric export pump to increase the crude oil export pressure and pump flowrate.Through the implementation of the two transformation schemes,the production bottleneck of N degassing station will be removed.
