护理路径管理模式在抑郁症患者护理中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Nursing Path Management Mode in Nursing of Patients with Depression

目的:探讨护理路径管理模式在抑郁症患者护理中的临床应用。方法:选取我院80例抑郁症患者,依据管理模式分为护理路径管理模式组(护理路径组,n=40)和常规整体管理模式组(常规整体组,n=40)两组,对两组患者的HAMD评分、住院时间、住院费用、护理满意度进行统计分析。结果:护理路径组患者的HAMD评分显著低于常规整体组(P<0.05),住院时间显著短于常规整体组(P<0.05),住院费用显著低于常规整体组(P<0.05),护理满意度评分显著高于常规整体组(P<0.05)。结论:护理路径管理模式在抑郁症患者护理中的临床应用效果较常规整体管理模式好。

Objective:To explore the clinical application of nursing path management model in the nursing of patients with depression.Methods:80 cases of depression patients in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the management mode:nursing pathway management mode group(nursing pathway group,n=40)and conventional holistic management mode group(routine overall group,n=40).The HAMD score,hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:the HAMD score of the nursing pathway group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),the length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),the hospitalization expenses were significantly lower than that of the conventional holistic group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than that of the conventional holistic group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the clinical application effect of nursing path management mode in the nursing of patients with depression is better than that of conventional holistic management mode.
