观察肾脏生化检验中分级检验的临床效果

Observing the Clinical Effect of Grading Test in Renal Biochemical Test

目的:分析肾脏生化检验中分级检验的临床应用价值。方法:将我院进行治疗的患者(肾脏疾病)82例作为观察组,另选取同时间段82例体检健康人员作为对照组,对两组进行拉网式肾脏生化检验及分级检验,观察两组肾脏生化检验指标(BUN、CysC、Scr)结果。结果:观察组肾脏生化检验指标(BUN、CysC、Scr)结果相比对照组,优势显著(P<0.05),观察组分级肾脏生化检验指标结果相比拉网式肾脏生化检验,优势更加明显(P<0.05)。结论:分级检验在肾脏生化检验中应用价值显著,有效缩短检验时间,同时检测费用低廉,检验灵敏度高,为临床和治疗提供有效的参考。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of grading test in renal biochemical test.Methods:82 patients(renal diseases)who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 82 healthy persons in the same period of time were selected as the control group.The two groups were tested by the pull net renal biochemical test and grading test,and the results of renal biochemical test indexes(BUN,CysC,SCR)were observed.Results:Compared with the control group,the results of renal biochemical test(BUN,CysC,SCR)in the observation group were significantly better(P<0.05),and the results of renal biochemical test in the observation group were much better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The grading test has a significant value in renal biochemical test,which can shorten the test time effectively,at the same time,it has low cost and high sensitivity,which can provide an effective reference for clinical and treatment.
