脑性瘫痪患儿父母的生理健康和心理健康水平及其影响因素多元线性回归分析

Multiple logistic regression analysis on the level of physical and mental health of parents of children with cerebral palsy and on influencing factors

目的通过现况调查对脑性瘫痪患儿父母的生理健康和心理健康分析,研究其生活质量及其影响因素。方法以脑性瘫痪患儿52例及健康婴儿52例分别作为实验组和对照组,采用问卷调查法,对所有婴儿的父母发放SF-36量表,实验组还需填写《家庭一般情况调查表》,对两组结果进行分析,得出影响脑性瘫痪患儿父母生活质量的主要因素。结果与正常儿童的父母相比,脑性瘫痪儿童的父母生活质量明显较低,脑性瘫痪患儿父母的8个维度得分均有不同程度的下降。脑性瘫痪患儿父母各个维度评分与主要因素的均具有不同程度的相关性,將影响因素纳入回归方程,结果显示患儿年龄越大,疾病越严重,父母年龄越大,均可导致患儿父母生活质量越低。结论脑性瘫痪患儿父母的生活质量均有不同程度的下降,受多种因素影响,最主要的因素为患儿年龄、患儿病情严重程度、父母年龄。

Objective To analyze the physical and mental health of parents of children with cerebral palsy by the status survey to study the quality of life and its influencing factors.Methods Totally 104 cases including children with cerebral palsy and healthy babies were as the research object,and they were divided into the experiment group and the control group.The questionnaire survey were conducted,All the parents were issued with SF-36 scale,and the experimental group still needed to fill in the family general situation questionnaire.The results of the two groups were analyzed to get the influencing factors affecting the quality of life of parents of children with cerebral palsy.Results Compared with the parents of normal children,the quality of life of the parents of children with cerebral palsy was significantly lower.The scores of the 8 dimensions of the parents of children with cerebral palsy all decreased to different degrees.The scores of each dimension of the parents of children with cerebral palsy were correlated with the main factors to different degrees.The influencing factors were included in the regression equation and the results showed that the older the children were,the more serious the disease was,and the older the parents were,the lower the quality of life of their parents.Conclusion The quality of life of the parents of children with cerebral palsy has different degrees of decline,and it is affected by a variety of factors,while the most important factors are the age of the children,the severity of the children′s condition,and the age of the parents.
