基础护理实训课应用混合式教学的改革与探索 被引量:3

摘要 目的将混合式教学应用于基础护理实训课探讨适合基础护理实训课程的教学方法,提高教学质量,提升教学效果。方法采用整群抽样的方法,抽取某高校2018级护理专业学生248人,按照班级分成实验组128人,对照组120人,实验组采用混合式教学方法,对照组采用传统实训课授课方式。比较两组的随堂技能操作成绩、学期末技能操作成绩和平均成绩,评价混合式教学的效果。结果实验组随堂技能操作成绩(86.94±4.98)分、学期末技能操作成绩(87.51±4.29)分及平均成绩(87.23±3.23)分,均高于对照组的随堂技能操作成绩(79.68±6.53)分、学期末技能操作成绩(78.93±6.69)分及平均成绩(79.31±5.79)分,P<0.05。结论基础护理实训课程应用混合式教学法,有利于学生较快的掌握操作技术难点,易于激发学生自主学习的兴趣,是目前学生比较喜欢的一种教学方法。 Objective To explore the teaching methods suitable for basic nursing practice course by applying mixed teaching to basic nursing practice course,so as to improve the teaching quality and improve the teaching effect.Methods Two hundred and forty-eight nursing students of grade 2018 in a university were selected by cluster sampling and divided into the experimental group(128)and the control group(120).The experimental group adopted mixed teaching method and the control group adopted traditional practice teaching method.The results of in-class skill operation,skill operation at the end of the semester and average scores of the two groups were compared to evaluate the effect of mixed teaching.Results In the experimental group,the scores of in-class skill operation(86.94±4.98)and the skill operation at the end of the semester(87.51±4.29),and the average score(87.23±3.23)were higher than those in the control group(79.68±6.53),(78.93±6.69)and(79.31±5.79),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mixed teaching method in basic nursing training course is conducive to students′mastering of the difficulties in operation technology and stimulating students′interest in autonomous learning.It is a preferred teaching method for students at present.
