面向转型的在线零售企业仓库布局优化方法的研究

随着在线新经济的快速发展,在线新零售等新业态蓬勃发展。传统零售企业在探索在线零售过程中,其仓库布局需要科学地优化以适应在线零售的要求。因而以探索运用SLP方法优化仓库布局,以改善作业效率为主要目标,剖析了一家典型的在线零售转型企业仓库业务的变化,对仓库各作业单位间的关系进行了深度分析,提出了仓库空间优化布局的方案。根据最终实践证明,采用该方法进行布局规划,能够有效优化仓库布局、提高仓库作业效率。

With the rapid development of the new online economy,new online retail and other new formats are booming.In the process of exploring online retail,traditional retail enterprises need to optimize the warehouse layout scientifically to meet the requirements of online retail.This paperaimsto optimize the layout of the warehouse to improve the efficiency of warehouse operations,so as to analyze the change of warehouse business and the relationship between each unit of the warehouse in a typical online retail transformation enterprise,and proposesthesolution of the optimal layout of the warehouse space.According to the final practice,this method can optimize the layout of the warehouse and improve the efficiency of the warehouse operations.
