摘要 证券客户评估是客户数据挖掘的重要工作,通过对客户指标体系构建,可以整合证券客户和交易数据、行为数据、客户服务过程数据并合理建模,形成统一的数据评估模型,受到学术界和企业的关注。从证券客户的数字化资源建设出发,提出了证券客户指标体系构建及评估模型设计方法,基于客户对券商的价值、用户交易行为、融资融券业务,股票期权业务上的交易等数据,采用聚类算法实现对客户群整体进行分析。最后,结合大数据及智能处理技术,构建了一种证券客户价值指标体系构建及评估架构,从而提高券商客户管理和智能化服务水平,实时与公司各部门及客户对接。 Customer value evaluation is one of the important purposes of customer data mining.Through reasonable construction of customer index system,it is possible to integrate securities customer and transaction data,behavior data,customer service process data,and reasonably model them to form a unified data evaluation model,which has attracted the attention of academia and enterprises.From the view of constructing the digital resources for securities customers,this paper proposes a customer value index and evaluation model based on data resource construction.Data mining indicators are selected based on the customer’s value,transaction activity,and transaction behavior;the algorithms are used to achieve the division of customer group characteristics.Finally,combined with big data and intelligent processing technology,we construct a securities customer value index system and evaluation framework,so as to improve the customer management and intelligent service level of the company,and connect with various departments and customers of the company in real time.
